Yellow Fever Vaccination/ Renewal Charges (as approved by MoHFW)
  • First time Vaccination charges: Rs.300
  • Issuing of new card with lifelong validity for old or existing 10 year validity Yellow Fever Vaccination (YFV) Cards after due verification, if so requested by the passenger or issuing of duplicate Card for lost cards after verification the first time: Rs.150
  • Issuing of duplicate card 2nd time in case the card is lost: Rs.300
  • Issuing of duplicate card 3rd time in case the card is lost: Rs.600

  • 10YR OLD / EXPIRED YELLOW FEVER VACCINATION CARD – RENEWAL
  1. Application for Renewal filled completely
  2. Old Yellow Fever Vaccination card in original
  3. Copy of passport
  4. Receipt of Rs.150 paid at cash counter

  • LOST YELLOW FEVER VACCINATION CARD
  1. Application for Renewal filled completely
  2. If available - copy of old Yellow Fever Vaccination card
  3. Copy of passport
  4. Receipt of Rs.150 paid at cash counter
  5. FIR / Affidavit for lost card (format given below)

KEY INFORMATION REGARDING YELLOW FEVER VACCINATION

  1. YF vaccination card is valid from 10 days after vaccination
  2. YF vaccination card is valid for lifetime
  3. Keep the card safe
  4. Please wait for 30 minutes after vaccination
  5. Travel document & Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate will be given after ensuring no reaction post-vaccination
  6. Receive certificate only if it is complete in all aspects
  7. Contact doctor for any health-related issue due to vaccination
